Our services include, but are not limited to, artificial turf installation, pet-friendly turf, residential and commercial turf installation, putting green turf, turf for playgrounds, turf maintenance, landscaping turf, sports turf supply, and related services.

All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and the terms of a written project agreement or estimate provided before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Alton Artificial Grass Installation are based on information available at the time of the site visit or consultation. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed during the estimate, or if the scope of work changes at the customer's request.

We will notify you in writing of any pricing changes before proceeding with additional work beyond the original scope. Verbal agreements regarding price changes are not binding on the Company.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduled appointments and project start dates are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and crew scheduling. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of delays as early as possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance by phone or email. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to a restocking or partial labor fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the written project agreement provided before work begins. A deposit may be required to secure your project date and cover material costs. The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated in the written estimate or project agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. In the event of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to pursue collection through legal means and to recover reasonable attorney fees and court costs as permitted by Texas law.

Warranty and Workmanship

Alton Artificial Grass Installation stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms are included in the written project agreement for each job. Workmanship warranties cover defects in installation directly caused by our crew. They do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, extreme weather events, acts of third parties, or conditions outside our control.

Manufacturer warranties on turf materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the terms of the respective manufacturer. We will provide you with available manufacturer warranty information as part of your project documentation.

Customer Responsibilities

Before work begins, you agree to provide clear access to the work area, remove personal property and pets from the work area, and notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other buried infrastructure not already identified. We are not responsible for damage to underground lines or structures that were not disclosed to us prior to excavation.

If you have a homeowners association, it is your responsibility to obtain any required HOA approvals before installation begins. We are happy to provide documentation to support your approval request.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Alton Artificial Grass Installation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or property damage not directly caused by our work.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose. Dispute Resolution
